Q: What constitutes a refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Online Course, contact us at info@thejackiejackson.com within 14 days of purchase and you will be given a full refund subject to the full terms and conditions.

Q: If I request a refund for a course or product, can I purchase it again in the future?

Yes, but after receiving one refund under this policy, for a particular eligible product, any subsequent purchase of the same product by the same person is not covered under this guarantee, and no refunds will be made for such subsequent purchases.

Q: How do I request a refund?

All you need to do is let us know that you want a refund by sending an email at info@thejackiejackson.com You will also be required to fill out a short survey, which will help us make our product and/or services better for future customers. Once we have those two items from you, and it’s within the first 14 days of purchase, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund. We will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Q: I purchased my first tax deed home. How do I make the property marketable?

I teach how make the property marketable in my Tax Deed Genius course. Learn to do a title search (a must for the distressed property game), if you can't already? Find any title defects (often from a group of 'usual suspects') and correct yourself or contract for, necessary cures. Once title is clean the property is marketable.

Q: Who are the students of The Jackie Jackson?

When the course is purchased, you become a student of The Jackie Jackson . Group coaching and ongoing question and answer support are provided once a student successfully completes the course. Throughout the course, team members will check in with you and provide guidance if needed.
