This course is for new or experienced real estate investors who what to learn the ins and outs of being a Surplus Recovery Agent. Tax Deed Surplus Recovery Agents assist previous property owners who lost their properties in a Tax Deed Sale, submit claims to collect monies owed to them from the county.

This course includes a step by step process of how to become a Surplus Overages Recovery Agent. The course includes supporting documents, checklists, resources and state laws to help navigate to the states that are investor friendly.

The Tax Deed Surplus Overages Recovery course consists of 15 lessons. Most students complete the course in 1-2 weeks depending on their timeframe. At the end of the lessons, an end of module quiz is mandatory with a passing grade of 90%.
