Investing in real estate is not as complicated as most people think. Sure there are some new terms and vocabulary words you’ll have to learn, but the techniques themselves are not hard at all. Can I invest in tax liens from home?
The reason why most people, especially women don’t invest in real estate is that they only know one method of acquisition, which is coming up with huge sums of cash for a down payment (which they don’t have) and getting qualified for a mortgage loan with a bank.
Well, I’m here to tell you there are many more ways to acquire real estate that does not require the use of your money or your credit. For example, did you that you can buy a house by taking over the existing payments on a mortgage? This is called an assumption. For many, this method is hardly ever used, let alone taught.
Another purchase method is to purchase the actual note for a mortgage. Ok…I know what you’re thinking, you’re saying Jackie..that’s total B.S. But the truth is, it’s not. Investors buy the note or the I.O.U securing real property all the time, actually like every day. The note is sold for a fraction of what the house actually costs.
Cool huh? But it gets better. Did you know that you can buy both performing (NP) and non-performing (NPN) mortgage notes as well? Each strategy can yield mega rates of return and actually position real estate investors to receive positive cash flow which they can reuse to invest again or apply to improve their quality of life.
Learning how to invest in real estate creatively can change your life. Like seriously, if I had to depend only on my job for cash flow, I’d still be living paycheck to paycheck struggle to pay my bills and take care of my kids.

Decide today that enough is enough and you are worth investing in yourself. Make the decision to learn a new skill that will pay you dividends that you will control. Making money doesn’t have to be hard. It only seems hard because people are only taught to earning money by exchanging their time.
