What is imposter syndrome? How can you possibly overcome it?<\/p>\n

Let us start off this story with a bit of knowledge to help all of you to understand how important this syndrome is.<\/p>\n

The imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern.\u00a0 In which one doubts one’s accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud”<\/p>\n

Individuals with impostorism incorrectly attribute their success to luck. They interpret it as a way of deceiving others. Making them think they are more much smarter then they come off to be. While early research focused on the prevalence among high-achieving women. Impostor syndrome has been recognized to affect both men and women equally.<\/p>\n
